The Virtual Assistant Intern will report to the Chief People Officer
Job Overview:
The Virtual Assistant Intern learns, assists and works alongside the Chief People Officer to provide executive, administrative and development support to the team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Make phone calls
- Manage emails
- Database entry and management
- Market research
- Proofreading and providing edits for copy and other materials as needed
- Assist in social media management
- Any other activities as directed by the Chief People Officer
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in college studying administration or a related discipline or graduated in these disciplines in the last 6 months
- In Depth knowledge and experience with both Microsoft office and Adobe suites
- Basic knowledge of the Internet, Canva, and Social Media posting tools
- Intermediate knowledge of Data Entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms (Preferred)
