Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading the digital inside sales team and driving digital marketing sales.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Developing digital marketing inside sales strategies
- Leading online sales campaigns/initiatives from execution through to implementation stage
- Make inside sales presentations to target clients
- Guide the inside sales teams and ensure they are achieving their sales targets
- Provide regular inside sales reports to management
- Participate in recruitment of inside sales representatives
- Participate in performance evaluation of inside sales representatives
- Collaborating with other departmental heads and staff to discuss inside sales plans and strategies
- Researching and staying up to date with emerging opportunities in the inside sales digital marketing world
- Any other duties as directed by the Managing Director
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing or a related field
- Five or more years sales experience in digital marketing in a high sales activity role with a record of achieving set sales targets
- Proficient in the use of social media, email and telephone as sales and marketing tools
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in search engine optimization and lead generation
- Able to collaborate effectively with inside and field sales peers and colleagues at all levels to develop sales goals and evaluate results
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in digital marketing
